Why did I receive an error message that my time has exceeded 7.5 Hours?
OSHA regulations only allow for 7.5 hours of training in a 24-hour period. If you have reached the time limit the course will "time out" and you’ll have to wait until the next day to continue your OSHA training.
AdvanceOnline OSHA Outreach courses are designed to save your work and log off after ten minutes of idle time. If you have not spent a full 7.5 hours working through your course and you receive the error message below, your course may not have "disconnected."
Occasionally, there are times when a session browser, device history, or the device a learner is using will retain the active status without disconnecting which will keep the daily time limit running. If you receive this error, please contact the AdvanceOnline Solutions Customer Care Team at 713-952-1100, we are available 24/7.
Once we reset your timer, keep in mind that you may briefly notice a difference in your overall course time as the "idle time clock" and "active time clock" sync up.
