What if I fail a lesson exam or the final exam in a OSHA Outreach Course?
Per OSHA guidelines, you have three (3) opportunities to pass any exam (lesson or final) with a 70% or better. If you fail 3 attempts at the lesson exam or final exam, the course will close and is no long available on the "My Assignments" page.
