I purchased the wrong training course, what do I do?
Did you purchase a 10-Hour OSHA course and learn that you need to complete the 30-Hour OSHA course?
Did you purchase a proctored version of an Outreach course and find out that you are not required to take the proctored version?
Our Customer Care Team can help! Our priority is to keep you safe while on the job and that begins with taking the right training.
If you think you have purchased the wrong training course, contact our Customer Care Team at 713-952-1100 and we will help you identify the correct course. We will then swap out the course in our Learning Management System so you can quickly start your training.
If the course you purchased is more expensive than the new course, we will refund the difference.

NOTE: If you have started an Outreach course and need to switch to a different course you will have to start from the beginning of the new course. We are not able to transfer lesson exam results or accumulated time.
