How long can I spend taking an OSHA Outreach course each day?
We are often asked, "Can I complete an OSHA 10-Hour course in one day?"
OSHA regulations only allow for 7.5 hours of training in a 24-hour period. If you have reached the time limit the course will "time out" and you’ll have to wait until the next day to continue your OSHA training. An OSHA 10-Hour course will take a minimum of 2 days to complete and an OSHA 30-Hour will take a minimum of 4 days to complete.
HELPFUL TIP: Log out of your account when you take a break from working in your OSHA Outreach Course. Don’t simply walk away or close the lid (if it's a laptop) before exiting the course.
